Shopping Online with Spirit of Woman Essences

Ordering Online

To add an item to your shopping cart, you can either:

Click the Details button to read more about the essence, or
Simply type the number of items you want into the box beside the item

And then click the Add to Cart button.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the View Cart button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. To change the number of items in your cart, simply click inside the box showing the number of items, delete the number, and type the new number. Then click the Recalculate button, to show the new price.

To continue shopping, click on one of the categories to the left.

When you have finished shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. When you reach the checkout page, please create an account with our system by typing in your email address and choosing a password you'd like to use. Then click the Continue button. OR

Scroll down the page a little and complete the form. Follow the instructions on each page to complete your transaction.

Please note that we use PayPal to process our online sales at the moment where you can use major credit cards to pay for your purchase. You do not need to have a PayPal account but if you do have one, you can also choose to pay directly from your bank account. PayPal is a high-security payment processor which we use and recommend outselves.

International Orders

If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, please choose the International Prices button, to have the tax-free amount display in your window. All Australian residents must pay GST.

Postage & Handling Costs

Australia Post processes our parcels both nationally and internationally. Orders will be sent out with 24 hours of receipt, except where an item is out of stock. We will advise you of any delay.

Within Australia:

Orders over $150 are free from postage & handling
1 to 10 products - for all orders within Australia a flat rate of $4.95 applies.
Over 10 products – a surcharge may apply. This will be calculated at the time of order and confirmed via e-mail before the order is processed

International

Postage and handling starts from $12 for international orders. We will contact you if postage is more than $12.

Postage Terms and Times

Australia Post provides the following guideline for delivery times:

Delivery within the same city or town – next working day
Between cities and large towns or other locations in the same state – 1-3 working days
Between adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide) – 2 working days
Between other capital cities – 3-5 working days
To other interstate locations – 4-6 working days

We respect your privacy unconditionally. All the information you provide to us is used only by Spirit of Woman to communicate with you as our customer. We will NOT share your email addresses and/or telephone numbers with other third parties.
